The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 722 PM EDT, storm spotters continued to indicate that flooding
  was still ongoing although much of the rain has moved out of the
  area. Up to three inches have fallen the last six hours. Catasauqua
  Creek was out of its banks on North Catasauqua.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
