The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 623 PM EDT, although the heavy rain has ended, road closures
  from ongoing flooding continue across portions of southeastern
  Pennsylvania, including in Lehigh County where both Spring Creek
  Road and Lower Macungie Road are closed.

The heaviest rain today fell just west of I-476 in northeast
Delaware County and western Montgomery County as well as across
portions of Lehigh County. Up to 6 inches of rain fell this morning.

Besides this warning, specific flood warnings have been issued
across southeast Pennsylvania for the Perkiomen Creek, the
Schuylkill River, Brandywine Creek, and the East Branch Brandywine
Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
