CENTRAL BURLINGTON...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and flood waters are receding. Therefore,
this flood warning has been cancelled. Separate river flood warnings
remain up for portions of the Brandywine River, East Branch
Brandywine River, and the Perkiomen Creek. These specific bodies of
water continue to flood.

EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT FOR BERKS...WESTERN MONTGOMERY...LEHIGH...
NORTHEASTERN CHESTER AND CENTRAL DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 615 PM EDT, although the heavy rain has ended, road closures from
ongoing flooding continue across portions of southeastern
Pennsylvania, including in Lehigh County where both Spring Creek
Road and Lower Macungie Road are closed.

The heaviest rain today fell just west of I-476 in northeast
Delaware County and western Montgomery County as well as across
portions of Lehigh County. Up to 6 inches rain fell this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
