The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The White Clay Creek at Newark.
* until this afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:46 AM Monday the stage was 11.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage and continue to rise to
  near 15.2 feet by late this morning. The river will fall
  below flood stage by late this morning.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet...Businesses on Delaware Route 7 begin
  to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  15.2 feet on Jan 28 1994.
