The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Western Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 AM EDT.

* At 510 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to
  showers and scattered thunderstorms was expanding over the area.
  This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Smyrna,
  Kennett Square, New Castle, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East,
  Clayton, West Grove, Rising Sun, Delaware City, Cheswold,
  Charlestown, Newport and Cecilton.

Additional rainfall of at least an inch or two is expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
