...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN CHESTER COUNTY...

At 613 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Cochranville,
or 13 miles southeast of New Holland, moving southeast at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  Cochranville around 620 PM EDT.
  Coatesville around 625 PM EDT.
  West Grove around 635 PM EDT.
  Kennett Square, North Star, Ladenberg and Marshallton around 645
  PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Toughkenamon, South
Coatesville, Modena, Avondale, Atglen, Thorndale, Christiana and West
Goshen.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
