  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 609 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a large area of
  thunderstorms extending from the Chesapeake Bay eastward across
  northern Delaware into extreme southwest New Jersey. Rainfall
  rates of between one and two inches per hour are possible with
  these thunderstorms...resulting in flash flooding in the heavier
  rain bands.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Middletown, Elkton, Pennsville, Smyrna,
  Chestertown, Salem, Woodstown, Alloway, Clayton, Quinton, Delaware
  City, Elmer, Rock Hall, Charlestown, Church Hill, Cecilton,
  Millington and Sudlersville.
