The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms over northeastern Chester County ...moving into
  central Montgomery County. These thunderstorms are moving slowly
  to the east-northeast, and have a history of producing up to one
  inch of rain in a short period of time. These rainfall rates will
  cause minor flooding, including roadway and poor drainage
  flooding, in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Norristown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton,
  East Norriton, Westtown, Conshohocken, Hatboro, Souderton, Ambler,
  Collegeville, Jenkintown, Trappe, Hatfield, Abington,
