The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 1247 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area. Just over one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Coatesville, Downingtown, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, Glenmoore,
  Chester Springs, Lionville, Lionville-Marchwood, Atglen, South
  Coatesville, Modena, Exton and Thorndale.

Additional localized rainfall up to one is possible over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
