At 1042 PM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was over Bel Air
North, or 13 miles west of Aberdeen, moving east at 40 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Havre De Grace, Calvert,
Smyrna, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Chestertown, Oxford,
North East, Clayton, West Grove, Rising Sun, Delaware City, Cheswold,
Rock Hall and Charlestown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
