The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 815 AM EDT.

* At 511 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and a half inches
  of rain has fallen with another one to two inches possible.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Dover, Hopatcong, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Boonton,
  Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Mendham,
  Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Riverdale, Netcong, Chester, Victory
  Gardens, Long Valley and Green Pond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
