NORTHEASTERN WARREN COUNTIES...

At 354 AM EDT, a shower was located over Hopatcong, or 7 miles south
of Newton, moving northeast at 20 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this shower. With the already
saturated ground, trees may be downed by these gusts even though
they are well below severe limits.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Dover, Hopatcong, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Butler, Wharton,
Rockaway, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Riverdale, Hamburg,
Netcong, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Hope, Andover, Lake Mohawk and
Greendell.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this shower, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
