At 225 AM EDT, an area of showers with torrential downpours was
located from Topton to Belfast moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with these showers. With the
saturated ground, trees may be downed even with wind gusts well
below severe levels.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson,
Nazareth, Bangor, Kutztown, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Belvidere,
Harmony, Topton, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy and East Bangor.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these showers, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
