The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 AM EDT.

* At 217 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to two and a half inches of rain have already fallen
  in western portions of Lehigh and Northampton Counties. Flooding
  has already been reported from rainfall occurring earlier tonight.
  With more rainfall expected, flooding is expected to continue for
  the next few hours, especially of small creeks and streams, urban
  areas, and locations with poor drainage. This flood warning
  replaces the flash flood warning previously in effect.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson,
  Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Slatington, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap,
  Bath, Walnutport, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy, East Bangor and
  Steuben.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
