  The Rockaway River at Boonton Below the Reservoir.
* At 4:00 AM, the river level was 5.24 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to crest early this morning
  around 5.3 feet. The river level should fall back below flood
  stage late this afternoon.
