  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 3:15 AM, the river level was 10.58 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level was near crest. It should begin
  to fall early this morning and it is expected to return back
  below flood stage this evening.
