Bands of moderate to locally heavy snow will continue to impact
the southern Poconos, the Lehigh Valley in southeast Pennsylvania,
and far northern New Jersey. Visibility may be reduced to less
than a mile in some areas, especially in the southern Poconos. In
these heavier bands, a light coating of snow may cover the roads,
but snow will otherwise accumulate towards 6 am.

Light rain or a wintry mix has begun across the northwest suburbs
of Philadelphia, as well as Philadelphia itself, and into central
New Jersey. Going through daybreak, precipitation will transition
to all snow, and snow will begin to accumulate after 6 am.
