COUNTY...

At 1200 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered over eastern
Sussex County, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Local wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Millsboro, Lewes, Selbyville, Dagsboro, Millville,
Henlopen Acres, Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State Park, Long Neck, Ocean
View, Frankford, South Bethany and Dewey Beach.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring, and may cause localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring. Lightning can
strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside
a building or vehicle.
