...Patchy Dense Fog...

Patchy fog will persist through 930 AM across southeastern
Pennsylvania, far northern Delmarva, and near the Interstate 95
corridor in New Jersey. Visibility as low as one quarter mile will
be possible at times.

If you are driving, please exercise caution for rapidly changing
visibilities. Allow extra time to reach your destination. If you
encounter fog, reduce speed and allow extra following distance
with the vehicle in front of you.
