...Patchy Dense Fog...

Patchy fog will persist through sunrise across southeastern
Pennsylvania, far northern Delmarva, and South Jersey. Visibility
as low as one quarter mile will be possible at times.

If you are driving, please exercise caution for rapidly changing
visibilities especially in river valleys. Allow extra time to
reach your destination this morning. If you encounter fog, reduce
speed and allow extra following distance with the vehicle in front
of you.

The fog is expected to dissipate after sunrise.
