  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 500 PM EDT

* At 101 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across portions
  of the advised area. The rain will cause minor flooding across
  poor drainage and low lying areas.

Up to about one inch of rain has already fallen. Another inch is
possible.
