The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Eastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 445 PM EDT

* At 1247 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across
  portions of the warned area. Over two inches of rain have already
  fallen. Additional rainfall is expected to occur over the next
  hour. This will lead to flash flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
