* Until 245 AM EDT

* At 1126 PM EDT...The moderate to heavy rain across the area has
  diminished. But until the runoff subsides, poor drainage and low
  lying flooding will continue. Creeks continue to run high across
  the advised area as well. The East Branch Brandywine at
  Downingtown, the Manatawny Creek at Spangville, the Perkiomen
  Creek at both East Greenville and Hillegass, the French Creek at
  Phoenixville, and Crum Creek at Newtown Square continue to run
  high.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
