The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 230 AM EDT

* At 1116 PM EDT...The moderate to heavy rain across the area has
  diminished. But until the runoff subsides, poor drainage and low
  lying flooding will continue. In addition, creeks and rivers
  continue to run high or are seeing rises. Gauges on the Swimming
  River at Red Bank, the Shark River at Neptune, and the Manasquan
  River at Squankum and Allenwood are all showing high water.

Over three inches of rain have fallen today across portions of
the advised area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
