COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 700 PM EST for
central and southern Delaware...eastern Maryland...and southern New
Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM EST
FOR SUSSEX...SOUTHEASTERN KENT...SOUTHEASTERN CAROLINE...SOUTHWESTERN
ATLANTIC...CUMBERLAND AND CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 305 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Newport to 8 miles east of Bowers to near Big Stone
Beach to near Bridgeville, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Atlantic City, Dover, Millville, Bridgeton, Ocean City,
Georgetown, Cape May, Cumberland, Pleasantville, Somers Point,
Ventnor City, Milford, Northfield, Absecon, Seaford, Margate City,
North Wildwood, Millsboro and Laurel Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This is a DANGEROUS SITUATION. These storms are producing widespread
wind damage. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy structure and stay
away from windows.

This severe thunderstorm may contain little or no lightning. Do not
wait until you hear thunder before taking cover.
