The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EDT

* At 230 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the western portions of the county from
  the south. These thunderstorms have the potential to dump over one
  inch of rain in a short period of time...especially closer to the
  Delaware River. This amount of rain will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Hopatcong, Mount Arlington,
  Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
  Branchville, Andover, Flatbrookville, High Point, Lake Mohawk,
  Greendell, Vernon Valley, Five Points and Pellettown.
