The heaviest rain fell outside of Morris and Middlesex Counties.
Therefore, the flooding threat has diminished.

...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT FOR CENTRAL
HUNTERDON AND NORTHWESTERN SOMERSET COUNTIES...

At 103 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain up to 1.5 inch had fallen in the late morning.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the
advisory area due to runoff from the prior rain.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Byram, Flemington, Peapack And Gladstone, Frenchtown, Lebanon, Far
Hills, White House Station, Sand Brook and Bernardsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
