The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southeastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 315 PM EDT

* At 1115 AM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain up to 1.5 inch has already fallen over the past hour.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Somerville, Bridgewater, Madison, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville,
  Chatham, Byram, Flemington, Peapack And Gladstone, Frenchtown,
  Lebanon, Far Hills, Flagtown, Martinsville, Millington,
  Lumberville, Sergeantsville, White House Station and Basking Ridge.

* The showers that were causing heavy downpours will move slowly
  northeastward through I-78 corridor of New Jersey through early
  this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...urban areas...highways...streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
