The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 845 AM EDT

* At 438 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated over 5 inches of rain fell
  near Perryville with widespread 3 to 4 inch amounts from Port
  Deposit to Charlestown Maryland. So while the rain has ended,
  flooding may still be occuring in parts of the warning area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Charlestown, Octoraro, Woodlawn, Conowingo, Perryville and Port
  Deposit.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
