NORTHWESTERN CECIL COUNTY...

At 435 AM EDT, rain has ended but flooding may still be continuing
near Perryville and Port Deposit.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Charlestown, Octoraro, Woodlawn, Conowingo, Perryville and Port
Deposit.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring in parts of the
area. All interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.
