...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTH CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...
NORTHEASTERN CHESTER AND NORTH CENTRAL DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 607 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Gradyville, or
near West Chester, moving north at 15 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Norristown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, East Norriton, Conshohocken,
Gradyville, Valley Forge, Paoli, Newtown Square, Radnor Township,
King Of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Bridgeport, Malvern, West
Conshohocken, Audubon, Chesterbrook, Eagleville, Devon-Berwyn and
Trooper.

These storms will contain gusty winds up to 45 mph, torrential
downpours and occasional cloud to ground lightning.

Locally heavy rainfall will lead to ponding of water on roadways and
poor visibility at times this afternoon. Poor drainage flooding
could also develop.

Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
