745 PM EDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS AND
NORTHERN PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 533 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Bensalem, Palmyra, Jenkintown, Rockledge, Abington,
Bryn Athyn, Wissinoming, Andalusia, Holmesburg, Germantown, Northeast
Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill, Tacony, Kensington, Willow Grove,
Cornwells Heights-Eddington, Glenside, Wyndmoor and Wyncote.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.
