The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 915 PM EDT

* At 608 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain moving in from the west. Some of these thunderstorms
  have a history of producing rain at the rate of two inches per
  hour. Flash flooding is expected in the areas of heaviest rain as
  these storms move through this evening. Be careful driving.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
