  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 645 PM EDT

* At 344 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms in the area stretching from Buena north through
  Collings Lakes and Hammonton. This area of thunderstorms was
  moving slowly northeast. Rainfall rates of one to two inches per
  hour have been reported. Expect roadway and poor drainage flooding
  in the areas of heaviest rain through the afternoon hours.
