The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 545 PM EDT

* At 245 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause roadway and poor drainage
  flooding...especially north of the C and D canal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
