* Until 1015 AM EDT

* At 720 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Mount Pocono, Hopatcong, Lincoln
  Park, Kinnelon, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Boonton, Butler,
  Wharton, Rockaway, Blairstown, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Mountain
  Lakes, Stanhope, Riverdale and Hamburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
