...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EST
FOR NORTHWESTERN BERKS COUNTY...

At 306 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Newmanstown to Myerstown, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near...
  Womelsdorf and Robesonia around 310 PM EST.
  Bernville around 320 PM EST.
  Strausstown and Fairview Hgts around 325 PM EST.
  Hamburg, Leesport and Shoemakersville around 330 PM EST.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Centerport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.

In addition to large hail and damaging winds...frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
immediately. Remember...if you can hear thunder...you are close
enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
