CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S...KENT...WESTERN CECIL AND SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER
COUNTIES...

At 304 PM EST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Manchester to near Nanjemoy Creek.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Easton, Centerville, Calvert, Talbot, Chestertown, Centreville, North
East, Rising Sun, Rock Hall, Charlestown, St. Michaels, Oxford,
Betterton, Zion, Blake, Old Town, Grasonville, Copperville, Newtown
and West Nottingham.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 800 PM EST for
eastern and northeastern Maryland...and southeastern Pennsylvania.
