  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Eastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Eastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 815 PM EDT

* At 220 PM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  bands of moderate to heavy rain redeveloping and expected to
  become widespread during mid and late afternoon over southern New
  Jersey,  Delaware and a portion of eastern Maryland.  This will
  cause pockets of minor flooding in the advisory area. Already, as
  of 2 PM,  between one half inch and one and one quarter inches of
  rain has fallen.  Much of this area can expect to receive another
  one half to possibly one and one half inches, which will raise a
  few storm totals to near two and one half inches by 8 PM.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Dover, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, Ocean City,
  Georgetown, Cape May, Cumberland, Smyrna, Milford, Seaford, Salem,
  Buena, Denton, North Wildwood, Millsboro, Laurel Lake, Laurel and
  Harrington.

ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
