* Until 615 PM EDT

* At 208 PM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  rain...briefly moderate to heavy...which will cause pockets of
  brief minor flooding over and near the Interstate 95 corridor this
  afternoon. A few overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area.  Storm total rainfall in this
  area by 6 PM should range from one third to 1 inch with the 1 inch
  amounts closer to Philadelphia and Wilmington.


* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, New Brunswick, Perth
  Amboy, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Somerville, Gloucester City,
  Sandy Hook, Somerset, Edison, Calvert, Middletown, Old Bridge,
  Bensalem, East Brunswick and South Brunswick.

ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
