The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 315 PM EDT

* At 241 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Selbyville,
  or 9 miles northwest of Ocean City, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lewes, Selbyville, Dagsboro, Millville, Henlopen Acres, Cape
  Henlopen State Park, Long Neck, Ocean View, Frankford, South
  Bethany and Dewey Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
