* Flood Warning for...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Central Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 237 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in Dover
  and Grasonville. Up to six inches of rain have fallen. With only
  light rain expected focus will turn to area streams and creeks
  flooding which looks continue into the evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Centerville, Smyrna, Centreville, Camden, Greensboro,
  Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, Goldsboro, Queen Anne, Hartly,
  Grasonville, Starr, Woodland Beach, Copperville, Jumptown,
  Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing and Dover Speedway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
