[MRIC] January 2010 Meeting Date and Place

Pat,

Because every time we have tried to resolve something via email since MRIC 
was created, there has been little participation in email discussions. 
Rather than create additional confusion, and end up with a result where a 
minority is once again is dictating to the majority, it is far simplier and 
less confusing for the Chairman to set a date far enough out that most 
people can arrange their schedule accordingly. My apologies of someone 
cannot make it, but that has always been the case no matter what date we 
choose.

The next MRIC meeting will be held on January 9, 2010 at MEMA.
