[MRIC] January 2010 Meeting Date and Place

For the life of me I cannot understand why the controversy.  When the 
meeting was postponed the date of the 9th was proposed.  Shortly after 
that  Al told us the MEMA was willing to host.  At that time it was a 
done deal.

Let's work on reaching agreements.
