Brett,

I am not offended that this was posted.  I do believe it was unwise to post
that document, or any other document being worked on by MRIC for that
matter, in/on a publicly accessible website.

The web site has not been finished and is not in service. You may recall the

draft was posted as a test. I will shut down the web site until I can find
