In addition to KA8YPY's request for Winlink 2000 and Packet equipment
configurations used to support RACES in the various Maryland EM
Jurisdictions, would you all please take a few extra minutes and send me
(wb0egr at comcast.net) a listing of the various HF, VHF, UHF, & VHF/UHF
equipment (e.g. Kenwood TS-520s HF XVCR, ICOM IC-746 Pro HF, VHF & UHF XCVR,
ICOM IC-22A VHF XCVR, etc.) and modes (SSB, CW, AM, PSK-31, RTTY, etc.)
along with the antennas (e.g. vertical, dipole, inverted VEE, etc.)
currently employed by your group that could be used in the support of your
EM Jurisdiction during an activation.

This will more fully assist MRCI in better serving the various ROs and
Jurisdictions within Maryland.

Subject: [MRIC] Winlink/Packet Network Information

In preparation for the upcoming meeting (November 22), I would like a
list of the equipment each jurisdiction is using for Winlink2000/
Airmail/RMS. This would be a list of the radio(s), TNC and Operating
system on the computer(s) being used, and software (i.e. RMS Packet,
CMS, etc.)

I would also like a list of all other packet/data resources being
utilized via amateur radio in support of your jurisdictions. Same
list as above to include radio(s), tnc, operating system and software.

Thanks,

Dan Blasberg
