All,

Will Owens, N3ZLL, was named the new Cecil County RACES Officer a couple
of weeks ago.  Also, Dave Gray, K3UAV, the former Cecil County RACES
Officer, became an SK about two weeks ago.  George, KB3LJB, is in the
process of being named Assistant/Deputy RO for Cecil County if he has
not already been so named.
