At this time Wash will not have a representative.  My YF had surgery yesterday.

Reference WinLink, undoubtedly it is a great program, I have experienced that the 
development team has not been willing to provide significant support.  I attempted to 
install the components on my computer a year or so ago and ran into difficulties.  The 
primary contact in effect "blew me off."  If WinLink is the way we are going to go then we 
need to develop a good support system.  We will also need to consider developing a 
state-wide UHF/VHF node system for relaying messages over the air to supplement the "NET" 
infrastructure.

With regard to the HF net on the 8th.  I was there, the primary stations that I heard were 
with the N. Fla Traffic Net. I was unwilling to interrupt their net.  I did not hear of an 
alternate net so I stood by until they completed their work.  At  8 PM I called for the 
RACES net  but heard no replies.  Perhaps I need more guidance on our proposed net 
protocols.
