[MRIC] NVIS test

Brett,
We do not have an NVIS antenna up yet in Washington County. We are in the process of
establishing a new EOC and new communications system through out the county. With that in
mind I will try to be available from my home each of the Saturdays except March 8 about 3
pm to assist your efforts. If there is a change in time please keep us advised. Also
please keep us advised as to the frequency(s) you plan to use, it they are different from
the published RACES frequencies.
Perhaps when we are setting up our system at the EOC we can get similar assistance.
