[MRIC] Minutes for 4-26-08

Brett,
As I recall, you made no mention to Pat or Joe advising them to send
you anything from them for the discussion.
To prevent this from happening in the future I would like to recommend
that someone other than the chairman take the minutes in the absence
of the Secretary. It is my feeling that the chairman should be
running the meeting and keeping it on track, and that can't e done
when the chair is also taking the minutes as things get missed.
